The cost of the gift voucher is non-refundable. They are transferable providing we are notified in writing by email to enquiries@kapitalaviation.co.uk at least 24hrs before the flight.

Good weather is necessary for a safe and enjoyable flight, therefore flights are subject to cancellation at short notice.

Due to air traffic volume and/or operational reasons all quoted flight times are approximate.

Kapital Aviation Ltd reserves the right to change take-off locations at its discretion due to operational factors.
|

The flight may not be suitable for persons who are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, severe head injuries, recurrent fainting, giddiness, blackouts, high blood pressure, heart conditions or back problems. If in any doubt participants should seek the medical advice of their GP prior to booking.

We have a maximum weight limit of 18 stone per person. Participants should notify Kapital Aviation Ltd prior to booking if a member of their party is over this weight.

All flights depart and return to the same landing/take-off point.
|
| 9. |
The pilot at his/her discretion may refuse any person on board the aircraft if he/she suspects them to have consumed alcohol or drugs within the previous 24 hrs.

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
|
| 11. |
Our helicopters hold between 3 and 6 passengers depending on the type of helicopter.

Vouchers are valid for 9 months. Our operational months are from May to September
|

The gift voucher holder is responsible for making contact with Kapital Aviation to book an available flight.

A fuel surcharge may be applicable at the point of booking if the price of aviation fuel is affected by any changes in EU Tax regulations or any other increase exceeding 10% within the UK during the Voucher validity.

Prices stated are per person sharing the flight.

Every precaution is taken for the safety of passengers however neither the owner/operator of the aircraft nor Kapital Aviation Ltd can be held for the loss, damage or injury which does not result from their negligence. |
